- Office Manager -
Karmin is the heart of Lasting Impressions. Daughter of Nancy Chilson, who founded Lasting Imp. over 35 years ago, karmin continues to propel the family business forward. She not only manages the day to day responsibilities, but she also can be found at the front desk greeting & helping you with your order.
- Production Manager -
Julie Elwell has been part of the Lasting Impressions team since 2003. For the last 16 years she has been the woman behind the scenes embroidering your shirts, jackets and uniforms with excellence. She is a master at her craft.
- Graphic Designer -
Nancy has been with Lasting Impressions since 1998. She has been a graphic artist for over 20 years. If you need a custom logo, business card or shirt designed she’s the one that will turn your idea into reality! Nancy also operates our direct to garment printer “Big Bertha” which prints the personalized items sold in our three Etsy shops.
- Graphic Designer -
Heather is one of the creative forces on our team and joined Lasting Impressions in 2015. She soon became a jack-of-all-trades in the office, stepping in to help wherever needed. Many of the home décor and laser engraved products seen in our Etsy shops are designed by her.
Kelly Merritt – Production

Amanda – Laser Engraver
